Puget Sound Tech Support was founded by Ryan Taddei, with the intent to provide tech support in a welcoming way. The world of technology is very intimidating, and often those who are there to help can be very condescending. Leveraging his background in educational IT, most recently with the Bainbridge Island School District, and teaching cybersecurity, he hopes to deliver IT support that fixes the problem as well as teaches.

He chose the field of IT and Cybersecurity because, growing up, he saw the increase of danger on the internet. Scammers and phishing have gotten more prolific and stealthy, making it more important than ever to deliver education about what to look out for.

Bainbridge Island was a huge part of his childhood, and he is driven to give back to such a wonderful community.
